Meet David Clarke

As a University of Chicago pitcher, I topped out at 87mph. But my journey started much earlier—when I was a kid, focused and fun training sessions in my backyard and at public parks with my dad helped me see a huge jump in velocity during little league. That experience put me on the path toward college baseball.

After college, I returned to those roots. Training in my backyard and adding focused weight training helped me stay consistent and see another big jump in my abilities, eventually reaching 93mph on the mound.

I've created a proven training system that helps young athletes gain velocity right in their backyard. No expensive facilities needed—just dedication, the right approach, and a little creativity.

My training uses slow motion video analysis to help build efficient throwing mechanics, and pocket radar velocity tracking to measure progress week to week. By creating good movement patterns, and getting stronger in those positions, athletes can add real velocity while putting less stress on their arm.
